Thank you for making BLOOM 2006 a great success!

aGLIFF welcomed springtime with urban chic at The NEST at Big Red Sun on Thursday, April 20th. Hundreds of people came out on to help 'grow the film community' with an outdoor celebration featuring a VIP lounge fashioned by Mercury Design Studio, music by KOOP Radio's DJ Architektur and a grand prize drawing for a 2006 Honda Element EX-P!

who won the car?

Dawn Chatoney, an artist who recently moved to Austin from Louisiana. Having only purchased 2 tickets for the drawing, she said she was excited to win the car, which would be a huge improvement over her Ford Ranger pick-up with 185,000 miles on it! When Dawn's ticket was drawn, she was not at the party, but a friend went on stage and told her over the phone to the delight of the crowd. In a state of disbelief, Dawn and a gaggle of girlfriends rushed down to the party to accept the prize. Congratulations to Dawn on winning the 2006 Honda Element EX-P!
