Lindsay Muse – Executive Director

Lindsay is proud to be a part of the growth and development of aGLIFF as it approaches it’s landmark 25th anniversary year in 2012. She is enthusiastic about business development, having studied business and liberal arts at Fordham University in New York City. Additionally, she pursued her passion for film production, having studied film editing and computer art at the School of Visual Arts in New York City where she graduated in 2003.

Lindsay is a native Texan, and after eight years building her career in NYC, she returned to Austin in 2003 where she felt compelled to share her achievements and talents with the creative community she calls home.

Lindsay brings experience from some of the most influential companies in the high-tech and entertainment industries, including South By Southwest Conferences and Festivals, Match.com, HBO Studio Productions and Cornerstone Promotion. She has been heavily involved in developing Austin creative industries by supporting efforts of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, City of Austin and the Digital Media Council. She also enjoys producing charity events for Caritas of Austin and volunteering her time to the Humane Society.

“I look forward to bringing my experience in business development and community building to benefit the aGLIFF organization, and to continue it’s growth as a nationally and internationally recognized event. I’m honored to have the opportunity to expand the oldest and largest LGBTQ nonprofit organization in the southwest from aGLIFF24 into the future.”
